EASPD offers a position of Early Stage Researcher (ESR) within the framework of the DARE (Disability Advocacy Research in Europe) project. This full-time position is funded by the European Commission and is available from 1 September 2019 to contract end date of 31 August 2022.

DARE researchers will be trained to identify law and policy challenges in the field and to adapt their research methods towards an innovative application that supports full participation and equality in diverse settings.
EASPD will host and support an Early Stage Researcher (ESR) who will also be enrolled as a PhD student at the University of Iceland with a co-supervisor at the National University of Ireland Galway. Courses will be offered at the University of Iceland and the ESR will participate in 5 network-wide training events in the course of the project and complete any additional training required to successfully carry out the research proposal.
